Been having the same problem, but I only know how to upload my comic through Siteadmin. Is this something that will be fixed, or can another way to upload comics be described, please?

The trick will be to keep the story moving at a decent pace in splash pages, but should be doable. I can also certainly try giving more space over to the action frames as opposed to dialog frames. Thanks for the advice!

Likewise I prefer digital. Less mess, less fuss, fewer tools, fewer steps, no more trips to the art store, easy and fast to fix mistakes.
