Do you guys know about http://stumbleupon.com ? I just learned about it. It allows users to rate websites they visit by clicking a "like" button that is part of the plug-in you can download. Popular websites are suggested to other users, so that you can potentially generate a lot of traffic this way...

As for positioning the characters, in Scott McCloud's recent book, Making Comics, he has some great tips and examples. Another thing I have found helpful is to watch a movie, pause it, and then sketch some of the characters during dialogue scenes. This provides some great examples of how to position...
