Comic Genesis Forums

nevermind, the example I posted above worked...

Its not that Im a total HTML-n00b, its just that I cant seem to figure out how to link an image ... Could I just do it like this?

How long was it since u started the site?
For me it took about a week and a half before
I could FTP to my site

if I understood what u meant, I think I had this problem too...
It ended with me just downloading a template from tthe gear http://gear.keenspace.com
(they are at the bottom right on the page)

to change ur site layout, you have to: 1 save your page by klicking File>Save as 2 edit it by opening it from the computer and klick View>Source 3 edit the HTML 4 SAAAAVE as .htm or .html document 5 name it indextemplate.html or dailytemplate.html 6 upload it with ur FTP program 7 go to the <a href=...

like ur style, man! pretty good shading too, ur atleast waaay better than
me in drawing *thumbs up*

to me it looks like there is just a big "unseen" picture I use the Internett Explorer (MS) and Ive seen "pictures" like that many times before, I tried looking at the source (even though Im not as really good with HTML) but I couldn't find ***todays comic*** anywhere (I dont think it really matters)...

yeah, I never got a reply and the "okk" guy hasn't posted here in a while

nergasm, I think u should, this one seems rather dead...

ooops, I forgot to add [solved] to the subject thingy...
yeah, I did solve it I just forgot to write it here..

Lets say you wanna have two comics on the 14 november 2007
you call one of them (the one you want to have first)
20071114a.png (or .gif .jpg or another filename)
and the next ones 20071114b.png and 20071114c.png
there is a pattern here wich you should see if ur bright enough

crap

This one is good man...

I had this problem too, until I found this:
http://siteadmin.comicgenesis.com:8080/ ... eb-ftp.cgi
if this isnt what you meant with the Internet Explorer's built-in one
you should try it, its nothing fancy but it works (atleast to me)

Im not sure if dis is the right forum to write this... Well anyway, i was just wondering if someone knew how to "change" the language, so it says that my comic is in Noriwigian and not English at/in the CG-guide (http://www.guide.comicgenesis.com). My comic is called "Skilpaddens late liv" (the slow...

Hello... I doubt many will read this but, whatever.
Im male and im pretty new to CG, norwigian and a bass-player.

sooo, if any norwigians (or maby swedish/danish) reads this, go
to my site http://pkmntopaz.comicgen.com

Its kinda hard to explain this, but heres my problem: I had just fixed the pictures on my site and then after I updated it, my indexpage suddently became totally different than it was supposed to be. I wanted my indextemplate to be the same as my dailytemplate except that the index has a link called...

thanks for answereing, Ill try that!

[edit: It works fine now! Thanks guys!]

My comic would "fit" in here!
(Hope its Ok that its in Norwigian)

Title: Slow life of a Turtle (Norwigian)

Crap... My page would qualify for this...
