Looking at buddhist stuff has made me a calmer, more forgiving, possibly wiser person. I mostly dig on zen, not so much the more organized aspects of buddhism.

I confess that I don't really add stuff to food anymore, other than salsa (burgers) and ranch dressing (salads). Bland food just doesn't bother me anymore.

I confess that this was brought on by thinking about butter from aeridus' post, which I haven't put on anything in a year or so.
