Re: Miss/Mr/Thing Comicgenesis 2008

Wow, some damned fine entries so far. Love the hat! As much as I hate to compete against Fes, he said it was okay. So here's a little something from Trevor Adams and yours truly. Enjoy! Aldla Renelsior Description of the character' abilities: "I'm a Hollywood agent! I'm working to help usher in a ne...

Just to clarify...this person is NOT harassing me. AT ALL. If anything, perhaps I harassed them, without intending to. They're merely ignoring me for reasons I'm not completely clear on. It goes back to something that happened outside this forum, I believe. Or not, I'm not sure, since they won't tal...

On second thought.... Later, folks. Thanks for everything, but it's become increasingly apparent that I'm not wanted around these parts. The cold shoulder I'm getting from the aforementioned person speaks volumes, IMO. And no, they've still really done nothing wrong. So, catch me over at TWCL forums...

Ah, fun... Me: Yo! Big guy! God: Can I help you? Compare that to small guy. Me: Hey, are you casting aspersions on my manhood? God: You've got my full attention. I don't know whether or not I am casting aspersions on your manhood. I am a computer. Me: So, are the Cardinals ever gonna start winning a...

Thanks, folks, I probably will stick around, but only post occasionally. And don't worry about the person I mentioned...they've said or done nothing wrong, it's more a vibe I get than anything.

I always felt that portray of sexual relationships in comics is unrealistic in that characters are always grown-up virgins to whom sexual relationship is the ultimate end of single life, like, find the true love of your life, and only then have sex. Specially female characters are too prude for a r...

Yeah...I think a certain person doesn't really want me here, for various reasons. And since I admire and respect this person, I think I might just fade away, so to speak.

Is there any way to delete yourself from CG?

I just kinda want to leave, and was wondering if that was even possible.

Fes (my artist) sent me a bunch of the Ardra magnets and buttons from CafePress. Got 'em in the mail today, and they look really good...much better than the t-shirt, which wasn't too bad, but I still had mixed feelings about it. Gotta get more of 'em to hand out at GenCon!

Do the Canadian McDonald's still serve pizza? I tried one once a couple years back; it wasn't bad. Years ago, they tried it in the States...must not have gone over well, because they didn't get past the "test market" stage. I actually lived in one of the test markets, though. It was a full-size pizz...

Okay, kiddies, time for a cautionary tale... Back in '94, I'd just completed my second year of college. Took broadcasting my first semester, hated it, and switched to Political Science for the other three semesters. I was getting pretty good grades. A local state senator had gotten into all kinds of...

Shrek 3.

Well actually it's just the worst animated movie I've watched recently...but that doesn't negate it's general stinkiness.
Okay, seeing as CGI stuff is up for mention as well as purely animated films, how about "Barnyard"?

Male cows DO NOT HAVE UDDERS. 'Nuff said.

Nice! My roommate studies Japanese, so maybe if I'm lucky she'll be going over there in the next couple years and I can tag along.

For now, I'll just watch the Ninja Warrior marathon on G4. Man, those Japanese are strange, huh?

FINALLY got a car! Green '97 Saturn. Thank god I'll no longer have to drive around in my roommate's purple Cavalier. She's got the thing decked out in Hello Kitty paraphenelia. For the last year or so, I've had to be seen in that thing.

Hey, at least I'm secure in my masculinity, hmm?
