Re: Why are we doing this?
Too many good ideas. I think a lot, and I have brainstorms a lot, it would be a shame to let it all go to waste. Though if your talking about going crazy (BBLLEEAARRRGGG!!) then it would be best to take a break or something. People here talk about how wonderful stuff like schedules are and that's fi...

Work Ethic
Wow, it's certainly been awhile since I did anything relevant with Comic Genesis... Let me explain this really quick: I've had my comic, Black Rhapsody, up on Comic Genesis for a year or so now, and for the past several months I've not been updating the comic since I've been "working" on the animate...

Renaming A Comic
I have come across a bit of a problem(well more just something I find illogical) with my comic which I intend to slowly come back to called Black Rhapsody arcojawa.comicgenesis.com . I've recently been on a break from that to work on other projects but am slowly trying to come back to it(I'm current...

(Long thread, I think I'm content to respond to the first post) I'd talk about how my antagonist acts, but I don't want to give anything away I think, seeing as I'm really just starting up. I've kinda been having trouble deciding on how to represent my antagonist physically . In the context of the s...

Nope, most of the problem comes from my own desire to do it. Since I started up on the schedule I've almost been getting sick of it. Problem with that is that Bad Moods lead to Bad Results with me. Matter of fact I had to restart a recent comic for that reason, I was in a bad mood and it translated ...

So those of us making our comics for a few are not as worthy of the internet as those who are aiming to mass produce another genre cliched piece of work whose primary goal is to mass readers? Sounds a little... wrong. Uh... I don't think we're on the same level here. I'm neither making my comic for...

One thing I learned the hard way is that there is such a thing as making a comic too nice. I remember once spending literally hours on a single panel, trying to detail the interior of this Mongol yurt... no one cared. :( I guess what I'm saying is that while it's fun to make something superamazinga...

Oooh... so people will readily leave the comic without updates huh? Well, my story is both illustrated and animated for each chapter and the animation takes considerably more time then the comic. That'll be something to work out I guess... I suppose I could show off little tidbits from the animation...

Woh... I didn't expect that many replies. I either touched a heart or hit a nerve! Ya, I suppose the results say that at least COMIC artists seem to care for schedules, dunno about people though... *sigh* how come none of the people who voted against schedules spoke up? I'm going to look at what tim...

How do you feel about Update Schedules?
I don't really have a schedule right now... but I more or less feel I will be expected to if my comic becomes populer (and we all want popular comics). For some people a schedule is easy, but I sometimes wonder if I wouldn't start losing quality if I attempted to schedule things.

Heheh, well theres more to writing well then writing well you know. It hard to think and incidently write and draw if you, your body, and your mind aren't set up for it. This means getting the right enviroment for work to ensue. Think about this: Mood Music: Now this might be a little difficult to u...

Ah I dunno, I've got the overall plot figured out in my mind but each indevidual part of it just comes as I write it (Im a ciirrrrcular thinker~~). It really all depends on how each story plays out in the long run, the only thing im opposed to is making a character act in a manner they wouldn't, vio...

1) either 3 or 5, depending on a coin flip(let's just say the canon of my story allows for variation). 2) All white if I draw that way, it's usually just little jif comics, unnessary stuff I do when I can't focus on my main stuff. 3) Never had a character with black hair, I'll have to remedy that so...

Need someone HTML and ComicGenesis savvy
Ok heres my question:
If you have your website set up to link to images and a css can you just place the images and css into your workspace folder and will Comic Genesis just automatically add them?
Im using dreamweaver to edit the files but making sure to use the Keenspace tags as well.
