I confess that I came back temporarily. I'm just waiting on a visa, then I'll be moving to Korea for at least a year. I was thinking about places to visit, and since thailand and lulu are pretty much synonymous in my head, I decided to pop in here and see what was new.

The amount in belgian hot chocolate certainly was!

1. I've been caffeine free since 2005 when i ended up in the ER with an irregular heartbeat. more than one cup of hot chocolate in a day gives me heart problems.

2. Diet Dr. Pepper here (canada) has caffeine listed as an ingredient, someone tried to give me a can once, believing it was caffeine free.
