Gene Wilder is not dead, but his wife Gilda Radner died in 1989. He did have a bout with cancer, but was cured. :D

John Goodman is still around- most recently in a tourism commercial for New Orleans (his hometown).

I used to use brush and dip pen, but now I use Illustrator and a Wacom (nothing fancy, just a Graphire 4x6). I use the brush tool, usually set to 80% round 85 degree angle, and set for pressure sensitivity. It makes the lines as a vector graphic so I can scale or correct the lines with no pixelation...

Found this thread through my stat counter for the comic- I am glad someone is reading it- I am working on the next page, I hope I can get it put up by this weekend. As you have seen, my wife and I just had a baby, and she occupies my time in the evenings, so I have been only able to work on Quazar o...

How do I center my comic on the page? Dracomax, to center your comic, put the HTML tag "<center>" into your index template, and your daily template. Where to put them depends on if you want the entire page centered, or just the comic. If you only want the comic centered: <center> ***todays comic***...

Hey 'Fish, One thing to think about in dark scenes is the light source , I mean obviously there has to be some light or the viewer wouldn't see anything! When you are rendering, always think of where this light is coming from, and work your shadows accordingly. This can go for any light source, from...

I would like to have a page- my comic is serial, but I have a page idea that would be perfect. I already draw my comic in a page format, so filling a page would be easy. It is full color, so that would be easy too. I am willing to pay for the page, too.

You know there's an easier way to do that. If you're colors are in another layer any ways then just stroke them one or two pixels and set the layer to either "Darken" or "Multiply". Except that that will not get rid of whie artifacts that are deep within the lines- or it will stroke around the arti...

Ok, I realize this is a little late in this thread, but I just found the thread. Assuming you are using photoshop... working in either B&W or grayscale, adjust the levels so that any artifacts like stray pencil lines are gone- this is done by moving the right slider (white) to the left, then moving ...

Hmmm... intriguing. I personally like my strip, and I have gotten good reviews from readers: http://quazar451.comicgenesis.com 1. I will let you decide this. 2. It is certainly not derivative of anything that I know of. (No sprites, no anime etc.) 3. The main character is an alien, and his sidekick ...

Thanks, you guys are awesome :D . I also figured out that TextEdit automatically converts everything to richtext format...that explains the paragraph formatting.... It works now (Hoorah!)

Now if I can just get the font to change, and a banner....... :-?

OK.... I have tried everything color still doesn't work

I am new to CG, and I am trying to get my comic centered and have a black background. I have modified the indextemplate.html file like this: < /head> < div class="keen_ad" style="display:inline;"> < /div> < div class="main"> < body bgcolor="black" text="white" link="blue" vlink="purple" alink="red" ...
