404 errors everywhere in the ger

Its been a long long long time, but I was hoping to revive my comic finally.

Thing is, I am getting 404 for lost password, for status... everything.

Is the Gear defunct? Or is CG Defunct?

I need a small border/tile panel for my book cover. The artist did a fantastic job but the image wasn't the correct proportions. I was thinking something that may look like the book has two leather buckles/straps around it at the top and bottom of the image (found here: http://averp.wordpress.com), ...

My comic book idea (Strip, not a book. Think Green Lantern or Spiderman) is a fantasy/medieval epic, with a bit of comedic twist but also dark at times (Not terribly dark, mind). The comic book WILL Be published, likely by a local Publisher here in Calgary. Any profits made would be split 50/50 betw...

ANyone want to be a Guest at Con Version?

The local convention here in Calgary, Alberta, is looking for panelists willing to help out. I thought I'd toss a line out to you guys to see if anyone wanted to host a Webcomic/Comic book panel for the Con. I'd do it myself but being as my comic is dead in the water, I dont have much experience. Yo...

Well, thing is, a lot of its' changed so unless I wipe the old post, and then bump the entire thread so that people realize there's activity... its' exactly the same thing, cause sometimes I change a word here, and stuff, so I'm not sure how i'd flag the new stuff when an entire page can end up chan...

You have a point... if I could remember how to make new buttons I'd do so.

I also dont like how they dont quite match the background color. Pink with red? Blech!

Pitching a Fastball:Funnything!

Something Peculiar Something Familiar Something for Everyone - A comedy tonight! Funnything is a small comic with simple plotlines. The strips themselves continue from previous strips I had going back to 2002. Reposted in order (roughly), Funny Thing is mainly fantasy, with the occasional Scifi Stri...

Actually the Russian Recon field has been using a batman-like sigil for years. My friend over there says when Batman first came out after the Iron Curtain fell, everyone was confused at the Batman show (which wasn't translated at first apparently). It was like "So when there's trouble, they call Rec...

I'm hoping to *finally* get an avatar. I'm looking for something like Zero Mostel dancing the Flamenco in a ragged red tunic (an inside joke). My webcomics' name was inspired by his infamous work in 'A funny thing happened on the way to the forum.' If anyone can do something like this, that'd be won...

Semi-Final version here! I hope you all like it! I will probably post the next part in its' own thread, as its' getting rather long now on its' own. I hope you all gladly give me the critique I need: Page 1 Three panels, over top of splash page. Panel 1: Close up of a worn, thin hand as it held a cl...

Here's the updated version. I'm liking it... Page 1 Three panels, over top of splash page. Panel 1: Close up of a worn, thin hand as it held a clear crystal glass under a wine spout, filling up. CAP: IN A WAR, YOU SACRIFICE A LOT OF FREEDOM. SOME KINDS OF WAR HOWEVER, CANNOT BE FOUGHT WITH WEAPONS, ...

Updated Version. The bit between the ******* is likely going to be removed. Right now I have to think on how I'll move them into the ship and continue with the plans to capture them. Right now I have the idea that the knights dont WANT to, but Angiel is having a Hunch that they should, one he thinks...

I thought about a fewways to expand page six... I dont know which ones would work best. I'm rather stuck at this. I dont want to reveal TOO much as this is supposed to be a 'short story' and I like people to discover some on their own. Ideas: Characters are enchanted to come aboard, and talk and stu...

THanks. I'll write up a new rewrite tomorrow after work. I really should get my printer working so I can work on my lunch break. I was actually hesitant to actually show the torture save for the end-results on the knights - the visible bruises and markings of whippings. I dont want my comic to get t...
