How do I get my own forum for my comic under the "hosted comic forums" section?

Hey guys, I'm trying to really customize my website and I accidentally wrote over the original index.html file on my ftp and now I don't have the code to create the advertisements or that top bar on all the pages that says "Comic genesis" and "random comic". Can anyone help me out?

hey is the public/d folder not writable anymore? because i cant seem to delete anything and my comics are not appearing in my past posts, or i cant add anything into the folder either. anyone please help!
