Re: Yoo-Hoo~
It ain't over, my sweet babies. I was burned out, but now I'm itching to get back into it. I have some real world shit to take care of first and then it's on. April's not unrealistic. I've been inspired by the return of Hunter X Hunter. I don't plan to finish this Fran arc or continue the story from...

That is awesome Archangel. I'd like to post on the homepage if that's fine by you ( better late than never).

Re: Heroes- New season(Possible spoilers)
Panda's summary is pretty much spot on, with heavy emphasis on the procrastination. I still watch the show but only because of the super power premise which rarely delivers. I will give the show credit for killing characters frequently, though. Anyone else notice that only the villians use their pow...

Re: Demon day
That's a solid theory, Gilnar, I wish I'd seen your post earlier. But Glee is right for the most part. The world of the creatures from D-Day may indeed be Ned's world, they're very similar places, but it's not a certainty. Two things I can say for sure: The shroom IS from Ned's world but D-Day was N...

Re: Stats Theory (opinion)
Yes Mr.D, all those things are possible. Bobdeco, I understand your hesitation to grow attached to a character when you know he's going to die at some point, but take heart in this: one of the titles I was considering other than 'Badass Muthas!' is 'Everyone Dies'... which I kind of regret not going...

Action Figures
Mutha Hernando asked, "Hey, Dave. If you could see action figures for B.A.M., which characters would you choose for the initial wave?" Just to be clear on things, action figures are a good ways off. It seems like an expensive venture. But to answer the question, a starting set of five.... Ralph, Eug...

Re: Character creation.
It sounds like Kiri's power is actually pretty similar to Jerry's. Jerry is not as limited by his knowledge however and instead needs to be touching his target. This difference makes sense if you consider that Jerry is so close to complete Consumer (his ability gives him insight into the target) and...

Re: Character creation.
Nick, does eating have some kind of benefit, like an increase to strength, or is it just how he attacks?

Re: Stats Theory (opinion)
Black is pretty Badass, but not the most badass that you've met so far. His perfect balance comes at a price. As for the issue of Bango's SOL, it could really go either way, it depends on the focus and how long his character has been SOL active. As an example, Eugene has a pretty similar ability exc...

Re: Character creation.
I agree with Gray on this, the actual power is fine, but an Air type would be more efficient. Thought actually has more to do with manipulating and creating thoughts, not so much the telekinesis stuff. Body type would actually work too, at either end of the spectrum. A high producing Body type could...

Re: Character creation.
In the world of BAM! the vast majority of SOL users are either in the White Hearts, The Black Diamond Society, or an elite branch of some military. If they're not currently in, there's most likely some association with one of those groups in their past. Any way to tie this into the game? Here's my c...

Re: Stats Theory (opinion)
Bango, you pretty much nailed it on the head with the Sauconys. As for your character, at first I thought the unbreakable glass would be a little over-powered, but the fact that's he's 100% consumer balances that out. I would say unbreakable glass is a possibility but it's relatively straining when ...

Re: Stats Theory (opinion)
Hunter X Hunter is awesome. The constant hiatus worry me though. Not so much for the time between updates, but the fact that we may never see the ending.

Re: I propose a novel prospect:
Well, BAM! does have one character with godlike abilities but their circumstances are very unique. Everyone else can essentially be killed by the same stuff as you or I, if they're not paying attention.

Re: Stats Theory (opinion)
Yep, Gray, that character would be close to the bottom of the scale. HOWEVER, while the attack motions you describe would serve to cut down on SOL consumptiuon from a water blast, it would be much more efficient for this character to blast from his mouth. In the other scenario you suggest, where the...

Re: Stats Theory (opinion)
The slider bar looking thing on the left of the bio pics represents the type of SOL user each character is. CONSUMER at the top, PRODUCER at the bottom. Although many characters are ni the extreme, several lie somewhere in between. Perfect balance between the two is extremely rare and is usually ach...

Re: Stats Theory (opinion)
You're pretty much right on there Bango. Frank Black is mainly a fire type and the main way he uses it is through smoke. There's a character that mainly manipulates ink, she's ultimately a water type.

Re: I propose a novel prospect:
That sounds cool. I'[d hold off for a little bit though as I'm not sure how much longer I'll keep the forums on CG. I'd hate for people to get far into this only to have it deleted. Also, it might be rough going as there's about 4 regular visitors to this forum. Still if you got something you think ...
