They say that wolves won't actually attack humans (ask the guy in my avatar). Not that I'm about to put that theory to the test, you understand. Admittedly an elf and a rac'conan might be a different matter, although there is of course at least one place where elves and wolves get along fine.

I'll give you good odds that Quentyn's stuck with the elf for a while. Why? Firstly because she's good for lots of convenient plot complications, and second because she's the only person in these parts who's likely to give him any useful information, willing or not.
