@ Royal Blue - try and log in from a private system, preferably from someone who has a successful CG account (although the odds of knowing someone like that are quite low). There were two people earlier who where unable to log in to SiteAdmin from a school system but could do it from an independent...

Decisions, decisions!

My webcomic has been going for a little over a year, but there's something I'm not sure about. So far I've erred on the side of nitpicking dialogue, spacing, inking, etc. , which means that I only update every Monday, save for brief periods of extreme productivity. I've never missed an update before...

I was wondering whether I was allowed to post this again, and since the rules said to wait a month or so, I think I'm in the clear. I originally pitched this the moment it had 20 pages, back in March of this year. Now the comic has just breached 50 pages, I've tried to take the critiques from last t...

it's good to see a nice shoujo-ai comic floating around! I know you know I read it, but I just want to put my two cents in over on Comicgen.

Best Case: I get a publishing deal and/or am able to go to cons and have people stop by my table and chat.

Worst Case: I die in a tragic accident, and none of my readers ever find out why I've stopped updating

My current (and only) comic actually sat in my head for five years, and went through a number of plot changes that is best described as "obscene". I actually started its most recent form late last year, and finally worked up the courage to put it out on the interweb. Comics...seem to be a happy medi...

A fluke, but a good one, and hopefully one that will turn into a regular occurance!

The site may have also had had a recent upsurge in hits, which would trickle down to the links on it, neh?

...I think my brain just commited seppuku in shame.

I'll try that, and if it doesn't work I'll come crying back onto here in a couple of days and you can smack me around some.

Just a small question

This has not been a problem so far, but now that I want to add more links to the bottom of my page, I need to know this. Is there any code that would make the links appear like thus: link link (e.g., a small bit apart) rather than link link ? I don't want readers to have to spelunk to get to a chara...

The plot arch as a whole is all for me, but I've got a sense of humor that is pervasive to all that is me, and that leaks over into the comic. If there's something small and amusing that RB readers might like/giggle at, I'll add it in. The webcomic is mine, but it's mine to share. If I was going to ...

I love the fact that you aren't lazy and use a cartoony style as an excuse not to use backgrounds.

Characters IRL

As all my posts tend to do, I shall start this with an anecdote. Last weekend I was at a UU convention when, to my amazement, I saw someone that looked exactly like one of my characters. True, Frederick is somewhere in his 20's while this guy was in his teens, but the resemblance was uncanny. My fri...

I am woman. Watch me write/draw.

I could never imagine only drawing, or only writing for a comic. I tend to get really attached to my creation.

Like a maternal Frankenstein with internet access.

in response to Molotov's honest and very nice critique: I'm actually not using any models from real life or other comics, but I will try and work on the anatomy. About the angles: Yea. This goes hand in hand with anatomy. I'm frustrated with my abilities here, and I'm glad you pointed it out. Font: ...

http://royalblue.comicgenesis.com First of all, this is a BL comic, and will have subject pertaining to it spread liberally later on throughout the panels. Ditto to violence. However, neither will be tasteless or excessive. Pinky Promise. It's basically...well, actually it's going to get quite comp...
