Re: Daily Strip Discussion

To me, sprite artwork has always had a magical touch of determinism that is largely unmatched in other media (maybe that's why people say it's not so artistically expressive, but I consider it a plus). It has a cartoonish, minimalist feel, and I've always liked it due to the plainness of the informa...

When Champions first started, I was pretty dissapointed, though I was pretty dissapointed when Heroes was over (not because of a bad ending, in fact it was great, but because it was over). Since then, though, I've really began (begun?) to enjoy Champions. I don't hover around the forums much, but I ...

I also wish to report that I have since infected 300 people and counting.

Ah, Dr. Ecchs. Well, seeing how there's no one else sayin' anything, I guess I might as well list a few more. (more to come, being interrupted!) Just who is this Josh person anyways? Gosh I'm bad at this. At Dr. Ecchs: Why do you want to conquer the world? At whomever: What is the unluckiest thing t...

Voting Incentive (Questions)

1. Are we asking about just Patchwork Champions, or also Patchwork Heroes and Order of Thorns as well? Or anything? What do we ask about? Are there off-limits topics? What about copyright laws? Trademark infringement? Betrayal of trade secrets?

2. What Operating System do you use?

Well!

Just chiming in to say that I am not angry at all. You know what's best.

This seemed like the most appropriate thread. Don't underestimate the loyalty of your fanbase. We'll beat up anyone who gets angry.

Well, I'm divided on the issue. I recommend that you take what's better for you. When we vote we have no idea of the input, just the frequency of output.

A bit of positive feedback:

I love the switching points of view. You don't see it in sprite comics often (or, to my knowledge, at all), and it gives you a better sense of space. Nicely done.

Behind the Curtains

Are you planning on a backstage sort of thing for Order of Thorns as well, as there was in the original?

I for one loved it.

Don't worry about it! You've got a full week before we start complaining. ;)

By the way, you should update your signature to link to comicgenesis rather than keenspace.

An Infrequent Question (?)

...so, what is the fourth reason the comic is called Patchwork Heroes?

(Hee hee.)
