I've been using the blogger tutorial on the Wiki and have gotten confused at the template section.

1) Where do I place the advert. bar? it say above the body tag but I can't find one.

2) The tutorial also mentions a Navbar setting which I haven't seen, and code to go along with it ... where is this?
