Re: Comic disappeared
Pebcac.
I saved the file in the wrong format. I deleted it all and redid it and viola! Replacement strip is up.
Please forgive my slope-browed foolishness.

Comic disappeared [Solved]
Hi, I went into my account via ftp and deleted this week's comic in the public folders "Comics" and "D". Then I uploaded a replacement comic for this week via siteadmin. It appeared in the workplace comics folder, then soon after I triggered an Index update, it appeared in the Public Comics folder. ...

Re: general or partial CG server outage? WANTED: server status
Mine is back up. My daily traffic is 10% of usual ( ~500 unique visitors, down to 50 today). Joy.

Re: general or partial CG server outage?
Relax. I'm sure they ARE working their tails off to fix this. It would be nice to get an update and a time estimate for the fix, though.

Gay Dating Ads?
I've been getting "Gay Bear Dating" ads delivered through the adserver, which are inappropriate for my audience. If mine were a "furry" comic, I could understand. Yes, that was a joke. This is the first I've seen of these and I hope to avoid dating ads in general as I think they're tacky and drive a...

Trouble uploading comic
I logged in okay, chose tomorrow's Lab Bratz comic from my hard drive, but when I click "send file", the blue activity bar in the address stops only about half an inch in, and won't go any further. I've logged out and back in, but it didn't help. It accepted my "b" file, which was only text, but not...

I'm now running into the same problem. Lab Bratz http://labbratz.comicgenesis.com isn't updating this morning through the normal channels.

Re: RSS feeds?
So how would I set up a button that allowed people to easily add my comic to their RSS feeds?
Thanks,

RSS feeds? [solved]
This has probably been answered before, but can we set up RSS feeds for our comics?
How? I'm not a code monkey, so I know very little about the whole process.
Is there a way to auto-update the feed easily or do we need to recode every time we update?
Thanks,
Ed

Lab Bratz has a new artist
After 3 years of weekly Lab Bratz strips here on ComicGenesis, artist Max Velati has moved on to other projects. It's been a joy working with Max and I wish him all the best. Please stop by for our transition strip to new artist Antonio Maldonado. Tony has a very different style than Max, but I thin...

Okay, things have moved along but my site Lab Bratz refuses to display my newest strip. Strip 20080204 has been in my workspace/comics folder, the title looks right, the strip is the right one, but it won't get in by any of the 4 update methods (automatic, manual, full, index).

Queue clogged?
My comic didn't update last night like it should have, so I sent a manual update this morning. The queue seems clogged, barely moving over the last hour.
