Yes, it appears I too quickly jumped the gun, as mine hasn't updated either. But I saw that it was down to 200ish from 2000ish, but since then it's climbed back up to 644.

We still need help, sadly. What's causing it to update so sporadically lately? What keeps jamming up that won't stay fixed?

Using SmartFTP, all I'm getting when trying to upload a new indextemplate is that the transfer is failing, and when attempting to go to the WebFTP and editing it that way, it will not save the changes. I tried saving, saving and exiting, and nothing gets saved, the page remains the same. I was wonde...

I was wondering if maybe there's a way to update my indextemplate, because attempting to upload one via FTP always fails, and a couple of my voting pages have changed themselves around (it hurts seeing that many broken images all clustered together. Is there any other way to update my old one?

I wouldn't think there would be, but is there a way to bypass the stalled system and update independently of it? Other than that, is there any idea when it will be operational again?

I'm guilty of that just once... THis has never happened before while I've had a strip online, so I re-entered the info. Sorry *sheepish grin*

I've got the same problem, apparently, that everyone else does. I didn't worry last time I got the comic up, as the automatic updater took care of everything, but I can't log in now that I need to.
