That's a good idea, thanks.

Change of URL? [solved]

I seem to recall there being at one time an option to change the address (_.comicgenesis.com) in the siteadmin options but there does not seem to be one anymore. I as because when I started my account here about 3 years ago I did not think I'd still be doing the comic I started with. Now that I've s...

I believe you are looking for the Help section of the forums. You're probably right. I was mostly wondering if I was having problems of if this is something that other people have been having problems with lately, in which case it probably has to do with limited resources on CG's part (not that I'm...

Maybe I just have bad luck logging in when CG has sufficient resources.

No Site Admin Login?

Am I the only one who can't log into my admin account? Neither me nor my webmaster have been able to log in via FTP or the comicgenesis admin login from the website for over a week. I know it isn't my software because my webmaster hasn't upgraded software in a year. I'm using a Mac with Tiger (and m...

The banner path is as follows: /public_html/images/new_2dd_banner.gif In your case. Oddly enough, I tried almost that but your way worked, thanks. When it comes to networks and code I'm like a medieval barber studying classical medical texts to perform surgery (I have no clue what I'm looking at).

Banner Hell

htttp://www.mindflenzing.keenspace.com/public_html/images/new_2dd_banner.gif Doesn't exist on Keenspace_Butch, located on Keenspace_Butch instead? This is the message I've been getting for about a year now. I've tried with comicgenesis instead of keenspace, but that changes nothing. I've reloaded t...

Banner Help

The banner has to be on your CG site. You link to it through /public_html, so the path would be along the lines of http://yourcomic.comicgenesis.com/public_html/images/bannername.ext. (case sensitive, extension must be lowercase) The system only accepts a few specific pixel sizes. The only ones I r...

Waving the Banners High

I was wondering about how to get banners up on keenspace in the first place. From the link to "edit your banners" it asks for the banner path. I've tried to link to (properly sized) banners that are in my workspace and those hosed on other sites but it always tells me that my banner is not located o...

Yay!

That new tag works. Thanks a bunch. That other image still won't show up, but I suppose I could just get rid of it. I don't think Brian minds too much. :) Thanks again.

Okay, I'll see what I can do about ditching the frames... but as I said, it's not my site, so I have to ask my brother first.

hmm

I've never needed to put the / in before, but I'll try it anyway. using "next_day_arc" didn't do anything different. Hmm... if it wasn't a template, I could type it in manually... Is there any way to get that nosteal.jpg thing back? I hope I didn't mess everything up deleting it. Okay, lesse... nope...

Okay, I checked the spelling multiple times, it's not that. Also, yes, I made an image page--"mindflenzing.keenspace.com/GunbunnyCol.html". I accidentally erased an image called "nosteal.jpg" 'cause I didn't know what it was, would that mess it up? But I think the image didn't work before that, and ...

Hey... I was browsing my comics and I noticed, if I go to the comic right before the current one, the "next comic" link goes directly to "mindflenzing.keenspace.com". But I have frames! I get two new pages in the window every time I press the link. I am using the ***next_comic*** tag. Is there a way...
