Want to really mess with a soundman's head?

Back when I was playing, we told the soundman that one of our friends in the audience would get a headache if we played it earbleadingly loud, so if he could keep it to a reasonable level, that would be nice. *sigh* Ghastly, if you ever tour west coast, I'll come and give you some truly awesome rock...

I am curious about one thing....

I do wonder... Was there some girl + dalek action, or just girl + girl action with the daleks there to serve as "plot"?

Hmmm.. My wife had the option of meds. One you took once a week and it gave you halucinations, the other one you took every day and it didn't. She took the one that didn't give you halucinations. I think it's just because she wouldn't appreciate the halucination of schoolgirls giving each other simu...

My condolences on your wife's mother. Just remember that a traditional Hindu funeral is about as depressing as a Catholic one, and more depressing in many ways. Just make sure that the word they are using to describe you isn't.... *cough* insulting. There are a few words in the Indian languages that...

My wife is not amused when I start singing the Red Hot Chilli Peppers song about catholic schoolgirls when we drive by an all-girls catholic high school.

I dono. I never quite got it, even with the old style outfits. Something's just not attracitive enough solely on the basis of clothing.

I mean, cheerleaders, yeah. Catholic Schoolgirls, yeah. Nurses, no.

Dono why.

Re: Suspicious Activity

Despite the looming snowstorm, I stopped at Niagara Falls and wandered Goat Island for a little while before heading back to Georgia. I was tempted to ask the park rangers how many times a day a tourist would say, "Niagara Falls!? Slowly I turned, step by step, inch by inch..." but thought I alread...

Hrmm.. I've always wanted to go out and protest with a blank sign, a la Larry Niven's "Cloak of Anarchy" The whole scientology dead-agent stuff kinda ruins the fun. I saw some scientologists out one time trying to get people and I was just dying to say, "So, aren't you the guys who killed Lisa McPhe...

I've pranced happily into mulletville.

The way I get 'em is that I'll burn my bangs off in various laboratory accidents and then, because I rely on the length of the hair in front of my eyes to trigger a haircut, let the back get too long.

Hrmm... Acoustic couplers don't work so well with cellphones. Generally, the "best" route is to find out if you can hook a serial cable between the phone and PDA and dial up that way. Us cool doodz do it without wires. Bluetooth laptop + Bluetooth cellphone. :) Also, Ghastly.... You did name your Pa...

And most importantly, do not lick the high voltage wire. I'm part of a group of artists who have a neon processing rig. Part of said processing rig is a high voltage transformer. 29kV and I think it'll hit an amp or so. The most promenant safety sign says "do not lick". The "Warning: High Voltage" s...
