could be that it's a html file and not a txt file
but since you said you edited it before, that doesen't hold much sence...
how about downloading it, editing it and uploading it again?
erm... spiffy_mai, are you talking about a entire site in flash, with the comic in the flash file with all the first, next etc. buttons? or do you just mean a flash file instead of the comic (image)? I'm thinking kisai and toxic are talking about the second one and your talking about the first one :...
Actually, what the heck was this thread about anyway? just a forum where keenspacers without a forum could get a corner for their own comic... :D btw, is there a rule about staying on topic? What is this "staying" on topic exactly? It sounds intriguing. it's somthing I saw when visiting...
if you use windows, you could always use windows explorer (the one you can use to browse maps on your hard drive... not windows internet explorer) yust start it up and type ftp://yourusername.keenspace.com after a bit, the login should pop up so you can type in your username and password... been usi...
request a new password, that should fix the login problem you curently got... I think there's a bug in the system somwhere, since the password I first got didn't work either, noticed that the website was online, even tho I coulden't log into it... waited about an hour to see if the keenbot was activ...
hi.. I'm a keenspacer since recent, and one thing I diden't find easy was a free forum to discuss the comic. so I set up a forum for my comic... but that's forum is still kind of empty... so if you recently joined keenspace and want to setup a forum for your comic, then go to http://gmaki.proboards3...
try refreshing several times on a row...
that somtimes helps with me
seems like some stuff get's stuck in my browsers cache and doesen't want to be updated when you press refresh the first time...
erm... a question about the newsbox that you put on your site. I've put it on my site, but it only shows the image, not the box around it (like on http://www.keenspace.com on the left) if that box automaticaly generated in a way or should we add it owerselfs? btw, http://gmaki.keenspace.com the news...
don't worry, it confused me to a bit  the offset means when your site will be updated with the comic for that day (if you have a buffer with comics in, and autokeen is set to auto update) the easiest thing is to set the offset as your local midnight (atleast that's what they say in one of the s...
I signed up for keenspace on the 15th of august (filled in the form then and replied to their first mail) I got my password and login on the 22th I'm still waiting for my password to go active tho (mail said it could take 2-5 days, so I'm not worried about that  ) That should give you a estima...
Here's a little trick most people don't know: An index.html in the /workspace/webpages folder works exactly like an indextemplate.html in the /workspace folder. What's the point in that trick? with blogger, you can automaticaly use ftp to upload your blog somwhere (in this case, on the keenspace ft...
I think <img src="" border="0" /> yust wondering, can you do that on the ***previous_comic*** etc. images to? I wish I could try myself... but still waiting  (and probably will be for another ~3weeks) I know, the style way is a big detour to just remove the border on normall images, but it sh...
the image should work if you make it <img src="/images/Screwed-Banner.gif> I think (no < /img> tag btw) as for the blue border, I think the easiest way to remove the border around linked images would be with some style code (since you can't put the image border to 0 on the ***previous_comic*** image...
so do you yust make a template that has the blogger tags and the keenspace tags in it, and put it on blogger, so that every time you make a new blogpost, blogger opens up a ftp to your keenspace workplace and updates the indextemplate.html ? doesen't blogger add folders of it's own to? like one fold...
the disadvantage of i-frames is that you never know how big or small to make them... so one way or another, I always seem to end up with 2 vertical scrollbars... I'm curently waiting to get some space at keenspace, and while I'm waiting, I've been looking around on how to make a nice little site aro...
