I've been looking at the 'over unity' motor, and frankly, it just sprains my brain... He mentions a 'magnetic lockup point' in the gap, and that he overcomes it by using an electromagnet... Except... There's a WHOLE LOT of those points. When a magnet on a rotor nears a static magnet, it will be pull...

One way of increasing his income might be to make the books more attractive to buy. As it is, they contain only what has already been published on the net, and which we fans already knows by heart, and they are 'a wee bit pricey', too. (That last part can't be helped) What if the books also containe...

I must admit to NOT bothering to read the last two of RHj's onions. All I've done is scroll down to see if there's a comic further down, then been on my way to a site where the author isn't trying to force-feed me his opinions. Did I mention that I only go to church for weddings and funerals? Or don...

With a strong enough propellant, and massive enough engines, you don't need to worry that much about speeds, because then you can hollow out freakin big asteroids and use them as spacecraft or cities.

The straight paperclip...

One of the 4 indispensable tools in my toolbox.

1. Paperclip
2. Leatherman multitool
3. Foaming cleaning agent(spray can)
4. Crimping tool for RJ45 connectors.

Anything that can't be fixed with those tools gets a visit by:

5. Black Leather Army boots...

Of course, you can't get a litre-can of anti-matter at Wal-mart or Target...

I must agree with the kitten earlier; whatever you do, as long as you ENJOY doing it is OK with me. (Well.. as long as you don't put ToTQ on hiatus... Then I'll rip you a new one... ) The net is just about full of comics where the author has lost the joy of writing/drawing, and is now just churning ...

Of course, a JATO doesn't really LOOK like this, but eh...it's old art anyways... You're right... The JATO is a dull, grey cylinder with a flat end and no fins. Rather boring, in fact. I think I like this version better... Think you could draw another one? But with Chip&Dale and a 2.75 FFAR? :twist...

Of course, the Pitts is an acrobatic biplane which has traded in some speed for maneuverability and climb-rate(they use a wing-profile with more lift, and therefore also more drag, than a racer), but on the other hand, that truck has the same aerodynamics as a stack of bricks... "Given enough thrust...

I'd assume that he's about to sell me some bogus product... There was a rush of idiots selling an 'all in one' lexicon/law collection/finance guide/medical dictionary/whatever bookset here some years ago, and many of them approached prospecive victims with a clipboard, said they were doing a survey,...

Unless your surname is Ricardo or Mertz. The not-so-fab four from "I Love Lucy" once stayed in an Italian barn, and Lucy got to milk the cow for breakfast, despite being a complete amateur. It's not that difficult to milk a cow... (I'm an IT-consultant, and if I could learn, anyone can... ) Yes, bo...

ALL metal pitchforks are rusty. It's because of the acids still in the grass when it's freshly cut. Pitchforks only used to handle dry grasses lasts a lot longer. And if the grass is cut and treated with acids for winter storage, it REALLY eats up the metal... (Worked many summers on my uncle's farm...

One flaw in your assumptions... you assume that villages are 2 - 3 miles apart, and that might well be in relatively open terrain. But not in the relatively mountainous and forrested area he's moving through. (The difficulty of finding a good watersource, lack of arable land, the danger of big preda...

If you read what it says on the B/W picture of the cat with the 'lampshade' on the ToTQ page, or RHJunior's blog, you'll find that he had to spend heaps of money to have surgery on his cat because it swallowed fake fur from a Hartz toy... Lets face it, he's closer to a Comedic Hero.
