Are you SURE you can't send any financial aid? Unfortuately, yes. My wife has been out of work for several months and, even though she accepted a job today, she won't get her first check until the end of July. However, as I said, once we get back on our feet we will definately be helping out Ralph....

It sucks to be in that situation (speaking from experience here) but sometime s**t happens. I'm sure it is only temporary and, once things settle down for us financially, you can expect a dontation/purchase/what-have-you. Good luck in the job search.

Kyvan's ears immediately went flat and his eyes widened.

"I didn't mean ..." he stammered, "I didn't think ..."

He looked down, shut his mouth and picked up two of the packs on his way towards the door. He was out of the door without saying another word.
