Hell yes. I listen to music all the time, even while I was revising for my finals (though I did stop when I started to get near to the exams). Music filters out random noises that distract me, so they aid concentration over pure silence.

I've done a similar thing, I've got a new newsbox allocated because the id number changed, but I've still got the same problem. Although my newsbox does appear beneath "NewsHACK *USE AT OWN RISK*" it doesn't appear on http://guide.keenspace.com/newshack.php ... &rating=99

I've looked for my banner on that little feature you mentioned but it doesn't appear to be there. My banner does appear at the bottom of my "Edit hedgehogs" page though. It sounds like it should be working, but isn't. What should I do?

Any advice on simple backgrounds? You know, not much happening, but something other than a plain colour, or simple gradient. I'd like to be able to stick a few idle objects in there without them stealing the focus or looking too crappy.

I find a mirror to be very useful, and even if I'm not using a mirror to help with expressions or hand positions, if a character is angry I tend to make myself act angry to help draw that character. A bit weird maybe.

And by the way, your site is one of the BEST DESIGNED web comics sites I've seen on Keenspace... seriously! Good work.
