I'll be unemployed after February 8, so anytime after that is good for me. It's a three - four hour drive to DC for me, so once we get a firm date, and I see what my employment situation looks like, I'd love to show up.

I think a nice change would be to update the mainpage (http://www.keenspace.com) in a way that highlights the top Keenspace comics in a manner reflective of the main Keenspot page. You know how 'Spot has a big block showing a comic and brief blurb that changes each time you update and then all of th...

My strip used to be named "Random Acts of ADP" and most everyone had no clue what that was or meant. When I came up with the idea I was in the Navy. ADP (Automated Data Processing) is what the Navy used to call their IT departments before IT was such a buzzword. Whenever my supervisor would ask wher...

I'm not much of a mall person, per se, but if the Border's BookStore is in the mall, I've got some leave time on the books so I could hang in the mall with you guys. I think DC is only about three hours from here. Oh, quick edit: I just realized I missed something in the earlier posts, I'm all into ...

Well with 50 votes in, so far, it looks like a pretty even split, with the only spikes being Aquarius and Aries.

Hey Sailor, what's your sign?

Okay, considering that there is a thread discussing the left and right handedness of Keen artists, I pose this question. What's your sign?

Is one sign more likely to become an artist than the others?

Okay, I've seen that, but I was thinking that Terms of Agreement was different from Terms of Service, with TOS being more of "Don't put this on your webpage, you can do this, etc." and TOA being "If you get sued we're not paying for it..." If I want to put up a comic about gay midget porn, is there ...

Terms of Service

I've been searching today and I can't find what I'm looking for, so I'm now asking here. I've read in several places that have referenced the Keenspace TOS, but I cannot find an actual copy of the Terms of Service for the comics of Keenspace (not the forums). Is there such an animal? I'm sure there ...

What are you bragging about? Once I killed two men just to watch them die, while I was updating my comic late, waiting in a queue of 6000, during which time I was able to draw a second comic and upload it before the first one cleared the queue!

August marked the one year anniversary of my first web comic "Random Acts of ADP", and what a year it was. Broken promises, missed deadlines and a well of ideas that just dried up one day. In late August I decided to finally stop lying to myself and retire the strip. In September, everything changed...

Cafepress is only for the very lazy, or people who will likely never sell more than a couple of T-shirts. Ah, so they sound perfect for me! I'm to lazy to produce even original art for sale in my shop. I take my cheesy logo and drop it on some shirts. I don't even take my cafe press shop seriously....

Since I just hit the one year mark last month, lemme think what I've spent in that 12 month period on my web comic... Expenses (in no particular order other than how they come to mind) Drawing Table $129 (marked down to $89 2 months later) Scanner $99 (only because my wife lost the old one) Pencil C...

I just notice the w folder that matches the d folder and figured if my daily pages were being generated in the "d" then my weeklies would have been generated in the "w". With that said, if we hand made pages and put into the 'w' folder would that be acceptable, or would it cause problems somewhere i...

I usually use glass with some kind of silver layer on the back as a mirror.
Which is so much more effective than the old standard of finding a calm pool of water. You're cutting edge man, cutting edge!

"ecapsneek" Would that be pronounced, E-cap-sneek, E-caps-neek, or Ek-apps-neek? When I first started my webcomic I was using the space provided by my ISP. Then I started hearing horror stories of webcomics that became really popular, or got slashdotted and I panicked. About the same time I was hav...

Although I'm clearly not as involved in the Keenspace community as some of the other Creators here, and I've recently undergone a dry spell in my updating (due to real life obligations), I do count myself as a proud member of Keenspace and have an opinion. But first a comment or two. Everywhere I've...

VA here, but I'm not very community oriented. From Keenspace and a couple other comic forums I participate in, I know there are several webcomic creators in the VA/NC area, but when I check out the cartoonist meetup we can't even get the minimum three to attend. So anyway, in conclusion, I'm all for...
