Re: Hand Drawn Vrs Digital
Mhh ... for reading comics, it depends completely on the artist's skills. I know many digital artists that aren't able to use ink and paper or oil colors and canvas, but create wonderful digital paintings and drawings. And there are those working by hand with real skill creating stuff equal in quali...
Re: Spore...
As Joel said ;) I'm really looking forward to Spore, I like the idea, and I like the possible in-game-freedom you can have - but thats just one thing. If I have to spend this much money for a game I want the freedom to install it as often as I like on my computers, without limitation. I don't mind p...

Re: Doodles 10 - Cutting a Double Figure
Yep that's the thing I thought of after finishing the piece ...
but you have a good eye to see this fault that fast - there were many others that even didn't recognize it ^^

Re: Doodles 10 - Cutting a Double Figure
It was thought the arm should go backwards ... but the effect was killed with the patterns of his clothing (something I saw as the picture was finished, so well, it's a doodle, not a 'real' illustration
don't like such major faults in my pics).

Re: The Olympics
I can't believe Germany has that many Gold medals ... *g* it's great, but I never thought they would have such a high rank in the medal list ... and I'm even more surprised Russia is not at rank three after China and the USA...
Re: Spore...
I was really looking forward to 'Spore' but I hated this DRM at Bioshock, and this is nothing I want for an expensive new game, too ... I'm not going to buy stuff for ~50€ without freedom to install this as often as I want to ... sometimes I'm really not sure if those game producers just want to pla...

No, you didn't miss anything, I haven't posted any teasers yet. ;) Just trying to get a hype .. no, just kidding. I want to post the first teaser ...

Re: The Good German(s) at CG
Maybe he wanted to say 'Flakgeschütz'? That sounds like Pakgeschütz spoken by someone murmuring too much
Guys I'm impressed by your german, but I have the slight feeling this won't impress any ladies without love for WW II
Do you really want to learn something new? ^^

Congrats on the finished comic ^^ I've finished page 9 for my new project yesterday and now I'm thinking about a website design for the CG account I have to open to show it ;) man, I'm so completely out of business with this stuff ^^ @ McDuffies: Headache? I wonder this excuse still seems to be mode...

Re: The Good German(s) at CG
I think we have to rise the number of known german words in this forum ... *grin* 'Angriff' and 'schnell' can't cover the wonderful fluent variety of the german language ^^

Mhh... after reading the list of 'do not eat's' my first thought were couscous (wheat grains) or rice thingies. Maybe you should start to make your sushi yourself - with low fat fish (if not cooked, small portions will do the fatless trick) and the kind of vegetables you are able to eat. If you want...

I wish I could start new PnP games with your enthusiasm, Laemkral ;) try to keep this feeling, it won't last for eternity - sadly some time you'll start to see the faults of the game master, you'll start to criticize the playing style of the others and so on *grin* the normal way for pnp players ^^ ...

Re: Georgia - Russia war over!
It was quite interesting to watch CNN and german TV news shows during the georgian conflict - so many news, so many sides. I even can't say correctly when this conflict started that ended in the death of so many innocent people. I can't believe the georgian president calls himself a winner in this s...

YEAH go for GOLD ... 4x gold for Germany, that's the moment I start to get some olympic spirit ^^ But back to the thing with Tibet ... did the american sport stars care that much for the Tibet theme, too? In Germany the newspapers an journals were full of the discussion about showing their opinions ...

So excited - and I just can't hide it!
Well I'm drawing the first pages of my new comic at the moment (almost done 6 pages, that's alot for five days with a new RPG PC game at the same time at home ^^) and I'm feeling just like four years ago again. Like a total newbie, a beginner, someone who's doing the first steps again ... When was y...

Re: The Good German(s) at CG
Mhh I think a sillyness dropdown (regardless if comickers or comics) would cover whole CG so that's not the thing I wanted
generally there aren't that much dropdowns at the moment, or am I having the wrong impression?
