Like anything else, story and art will get better with pratice. I'm not really down with the story, seems to be moving to slow a few other problems but you should learn how to cope with them in time. saving in gif? (shivers) i would yank my teeth first.

Try using PNG-8. I use that and in the "save for web" feature i compare it to jpg and gif i still get a smaller size. Without the "loss" of those lossfiles.

I'll have to say what ever is easier and more fun for you is what you should go for. I would wait for a good stopping point though.

I use standard printer paper. I usually get a name brand cause they are cleaner. I draw on a dragon board. Cost 22 baht (about 50 cents or so) at the local Carrefour (like a walmart). So as you can see, cheap cheap cheap cheap cheap cheap cheap!

How do you deicde how you will set up each comic book page? How far ahead do you write? Do you have a certain page number thought up before hand?

FTP the index.html page to your files. Make a back up of it. Then Edit it how you want it. Than FTP it back to where you found it. But make sure you have that back up, cause shit can happen.

You can do it with hotmail. Set the prefences to send anything that is not on your list to spam. Just run over your spam and check anything that doesn't say "boobs, sex, vigara, barley legal..." you get the idea.
