Re: Introduction Thread - Welcome to the New and Old

Great responses thus far! Well, except porn perhaps... but only because I'm pretty sure that already exists in VG form. I've been seeing some promising looking stuff with the use of reading brain-waves and such. Just strap a sweatband like thing to your forehead and it can be used to make obj...

As a vaguely related note (I'm not sure If it's already been mentioned), it's being joined by another Capcom title: Monster Hunter 3.

Oh, and I never got a chance to play Okami on the PS2, so I suppose this means I'll have to pick it up for the Wii now.

Some people prefer to upload external Style Sheets into their /images/ directory. Because workspace/images/ is just a link to public_HTML/images/, uploading it here means it'll will take effect immediately without having to run an update.

When working just in pure black and white, you could crank the DPI up (600-1200DPI) and scan in B&W mode. For greyscale/color images, generally you will have to play around with the levels/curves on an image, as well as make some spot cleanups, to get the best results. More so if the ink isn't fully...

Well, the "speech" is mostly unreadable. There's also a very poor contrast between sprite and background in several panels. And if you must work with sprites, at least give credit where credit is due. And by that I mean place the proper copyright notices, indicating the actual owners of said sprites.
