I think to get 100% it would have to be a stick-figure/sprite comic that has no backgrounds, with MS paint word ballons containing nothing but nearly illegible handwritten l337 speak, done on lined binder paper, scanned in at 1200 dpi (sideways AND crooked) and involve a flash back where the (naked)...
