Daleks have thrusters beneath their base which allow them to hover over stairs and fly in deep space. I've always felt Daleks were just stupid. On the question for testicle-less Futanari semen, it's important to note that most of the fluid in semen comes from the seminal vesicles and the prostate gland. Futanari would need a prostate gland to achieve ejaculation, so it's concievable that s/he might also have seminal vesicles as well.

As for Fred Phelps and his inbred enclave, I'd say the best way those guys were handled was by the Patriot Riders. It's a group of Vet Bikers that provide honor guard at funerals for soldiers.
