I've used felt tips and pall boints and everything.
My fave is the old standard steel crow quill and india ink well.
You can get such AMAZING control outta that little tip its incredible!
It gives the comic a more organic feel. which is neede3d since I color and letter with the computer!

I took a look and there is an easier way. o.o Using Photoshop... Once you have everything done go to Filters > Stylize > Find Edges on the layer with the black circles. This flips the whole balloon to white, and leaves a nice black edge around it all, including the pointer. Tried it! Liked it! Than...

The act of creation is somehow covered in US law... I'm fuzzy...
the registering just makes it easier to sue people!

I color and ink in photoshop then I export to vector graphics program
(I happen to dual boot over into Linux and use Kontour) and put the word baloons in with that... course my baloons don't have the outlines I crave yet... I'll try it your guy's ways and see if I liek it....

1) Dressed up as Diego Khepera. My vampire character in the Cmarilla
2) no strip because I have 14 strips backlogged to be scanned
